The T3 Innovation Network, led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is a national initiative focused on transforming the talent marketplace through data interoperability and digital credentialing.
T3 brings together employers, educators, government agencies, and technology providers to design and promote tools that enable learners and workers to own, share, and apply their learning and employment records (LERs). The network’s goal is to create a skills-based, equitable, and dynamic workforce ecosystem powered by open standards and aligned data systems.
