Sanjana Seth is a Senior Manager at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she works with workforce development organizations and agencies, nonprofit and community partners, and education institutions to translate innovative ideas into on-the-ground impact. In her role, Sanjana focuses on designing and implementing scalable strategies that advance equitable career pathways and learner-centered systems. She leads cross-functional collaborations, supports practitioners with practical tools and coaching, and elevates insights from the field to inform program design and policy. Sanjana is passionate about building inclusive ecosystems in which learners and workers, especially those historically marginalized, can thrive in a rapidly changing economy.
