About me
Karen Passmore is a systems architect, researcher, human-centered design expert, and founder and CEO of Predictive UX. Her work focuses on digital trust, verifiable credentials, AI, governance, and data ecosystems.
She collaborates with leaders in credentialing, workforce development, education, and decentralized identity to design Learning and Employment Record (LER) systems, digital wallets, skills-based credentialing platforms, and trust frameworks that help individuals gain greater ownership and control of their data.
Karen is particularly interested in the shift from institution-controlled records toward portable, verifiable, user-controlled data and the intersection of identity, credentials, skills, AI, and emerging trust infrastructure.
At Badge Summit, she will discuss the New Data Paradigm during the T3 Innovation Network Mid-Year Meeting, a vision for a future where individuals own their digital identities, organizations participate in open trust networks, and verifiable data becomes the foundation for learning, work, and civic participation.
