About me
Karen Passmore is the founder and CEO of Predictive UX, a strategy and implementation consultancy specializing in Learning and Employment Records (LERs). She advises organizations on implementing LER technologies, driving organizational change, increasing adoption, and establishing governance models. She collaborates with leaders in credentialing, workforce development, education, and decentralized identity to design LER systems, such as LinkedCreds and Resume Author. She has led the UX design of digital wallet initiatives, including ASU Pocket, and designed T3's Skills Savings Account wallet concept. Karen is particularly interested in the shift from institution-controlled records toward portable, verifiable, user-controlled data and the intersection of credentials, skills, AI, and emerging trust infrastructure. At Badge Summit, she will discuss operationalizing the New Data Paradigm, introduce LinkedCreds, and explore new ways of understanding and representing skills from the perspective of learners and workers.
