2026 Badge Summit

Jim Vernon is Dean for Business and Technology for Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado.  Jim joined Aims following thirteen years as a faculty member and department chair for Front Range Community College.  Before higher education, he led projects and organization development for two global strategy consulting leaders, a Fortune 100 enterprise, an Inc. 500 technology service provider, and his own small business venture.  His start-up test preparation service strengthened his passion for student success.  The community college mission is a natural fit with this passion.
