About me
While working as a consultant in workforce data infrastructure, I realized improving the information flow between employers, education, and individuals through tech innovations is the future, and it relies on quality data about what people can do, particularly their soft skills. Now I am finishing a masters in psychometrics. I have consulted for the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation T3 Initiative, Education Design Lab, Credential Engine, Learning Economy Foundation, Rockefeller Philanthropies, and others. Keen to explore how improving human skills assessment can impact hiring, learning, advancement, resourcing, credentialing, and education writ large.
