About me
Amy Mendee serves as a director of the Pathways to Innovation and Leadership program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and is a PhD Candidate in Higher Education at Iowa State University.
Through her current role and research in higher education, she strives to promote student access to quality high-impact practices, implement innovative teaching and learning strategies, and connect high-impact student experiences to tangible career-readiness competencies.
Her work has been published in journals including Innovative Higher Education and New Directions for Student Services. She serves on the professional and graduate student review board for the Journal of Student Affairs Research and Practice and on the Iowa State Micro-Credentials Committee.
