Sasha Flores has over 22 years of diverse experience within the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD), where she has held progressively responsible roles. Her background includes positions in student conduct, supervisory roles in Admissions, Records, and Registration, as well as leading initiatives to support out-of-state students.As Project and Change Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Rio Salado College, Sasha applies her extensive expertise to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives. She is a key contributor to the microcredential pathway pilot program for MCCCD and actively manages cross-functional projects across colleges and the district. Additionally, she served as the project manager for the grant-funded InScribe virtual student community pilot and continues to oversee product ownership of the educational technology platform.Sasha is a certified change management practitioner, employing a structured approach to facilitate innovation and growth within the educational environment.
