About me
Gary Walker is a navy vet and the Associate Vice President for Instructional Services and Credit for Prior Learning at Pikes Peak State College. He taught English, writing, and literature in higher ed from 2005 to 2021, was English faculty at PPSC for nearly ten years, and served as an English chair for four of those years. During 2021-22, he also served in two interim roles at PPSC: Interim Vice President for Instructional Services and Interim Associate Vice President for Academic Resources. He now uses his classroom experience and knowledge of higher education to help bridge gaps, foster connections between college stakeholders, and facilitate student success.
