Sandra Bullock is the Senior Manager, Learning Technology & Data Analytics at ASME. She leads digital credentialing, learning technology, and data strategy initiatives, including the development of ASME's credential taxonomy and governance framework. Sandra also served as Chair of the IACET Online Digital Credential (ODC) Endorsement development initiative and is an advocate for trusted, workforce-aligned digital credentials.
