Alison Griffin is Principal at FutureRise, a Colorado-based operating foundation that directs capital to learners pursuing high-quality, workforce-aligned credentials. She serves as a trustee at Colorado Mesa University, a dual-mission public institution that awards short-term certificates to PhDs aligned with regional workforce needs. Alison has over 25 years of experience in education and workforce policy -- including federal legislative work with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce.
