Alison Griffin is Principal at FutureRise, a Colorado-based operating foundation that directs capital to learners pursuing high-quality, workforce-aligned credentials. She serves as a trustee at Colorado Mesa University, a dual-mission public institution that awards short-term certificates to PhDs aligned with regional workforce needs. Alison has over 25 years of experience in education and workforce policy -- including federal legislative work with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce. She brings both policy expertise and practitioner perspective to credential quality and outcomes. In addition to her policy and practice work, Alison is a narrative strategist, having written extensively on education and workforce transformation for Forbes and other national outlets.
